Everyday Enlightenment ...

One of the ways to try and describe it is it's like a sort of living, vibrating, interested, alert 'something' that permeates absolutely everything and is everything and - you know, in fact, that it's always been there. One of the things is there's that feeling almost of a 'watcher', so at one time there was a sort of feeling of this awareness, almost like something holding its breath, and this intense aliveness, and now I guess that that aliveness isn't separate, not that it ever was separate. So yes, the senses are seeing the coffee cups, they're hearing the hiss of the gas stove and that's what senses are for! That's fine! It's just part of the story, but the other thing is deeply embedded in everything. It is everything........
