It is time to Speak..
I post many writings from Saints and Inspired Teachers.. but, it is time to speak from my Self... The reason that we are here is to learn to become Free.. Free from pain, Free from ignorance, Free from Ego.. This is the Truth.. We can only be Free when we Free ourselves from the illusion of the Ego.. We are not the Ego.. We are the frequency of Light and the energy of Love.. this is the Truth.. so grab onto the Truth and become Free... As you diminish the Ego you will enhance the energy of Love.. this is your True Self.. This is what you call God.. This is Reality...This is your goal in Life.. This is the meaning of Life... May , you know Love and may you know God and may you know that you are Both..............namaste, thomas

It is very difficult sir, to be rid of the ego. Whatever I do adds up to it. Spiritual or mundane, it is the same.

To dissolve the ego it is necessary to watch the mind constantly and the thoughts that daily move through the mind.. by watching your thoughts, you will realize that you are not the thoughts but you are the Consciousness that is doing the watching.. by watching the thoughts, you can decide which thoughts to eliminate that cause the ego to exist.. these are the thoughts of selfishness, pride, and all other thoughts of negativity..eventually, you will not have to constantly watch the mind as the ego will have dissolved to the extent that you will have attained a higher Consciousness and will not have egoic thoughts anymore.. this state is called Sainthood.........namaste, thomas
Thanks a lot, it is very arduous. I feel I need lots and lots of Grace if anything is to come of this...
The Key to Spiritual Transformation is what all Mystics say is to "Awaken".. this means that you remain awake to your thoughts at all times.. as soon as you stop being Awake, you will fall back into the hypnotic state of egoism and remain in the state of sleep and ignorance... Grace is the Energy of Love that is always there to help those that seek Truth.........namaste, thomas
Yes sir, that means I am seeking Truth and expending energy in that direction.
As it is, there is intellectual involvement with it, but there is no seeking in the sense that it is whole-hearted, I think that is the problem.
This is like saying please change my life, but I do not want to change...

All souls will eventually find Freedom and Truth but it all depends on how much pain and ignorance they can stand before they are ready to find the origination of pain and the end of pain.. If you persist on your path with thoughtfulness and earnestness, then you will succeed.. and you will live your life in Joy instead of Fear.........namaste, thomas
