You and I can't say, "The world is MY idea." We can only say, "The world is idea." The sage could say, "The world is my idea." Well, just think of what that means. "My" here refers to that universal consciousness, with which the sage is in identity with. So anything it produces -- in this case we're speaking about the world -- the sage can say "It's MY idea." You and I are not identified with that consciousness. We cannot say, "The world is my idea." We can only say, "The world IS idea." The difference between the two is monstrous if you're not aware of it.
