Universal Mind...

We exist always in utter dependence on the Universal
Mind. Man and God may meet and mingle in his periods
of supreme exaltation, he may feel the sacred presence
within himself to the utmost degree, but he does not
thereby abolish all the distinctions between them
absolutely. For he arrives at the knowledge of the
timeless spaceless divine infinitude after a process
of graded personal effort, whereas the World-Mind's
knowledge of itself has forever been what it was is
and shall be, above all processes and beyond all
efforts.
